  Military stay away. These people know the reg and will take you for every penny when you leave. I was here for three years and had no issues or caused any. But they took a months rent and my security deposit. FYSA, luxury is not how I would describe small rooms, linoleum flooring and counters.

  Moved here November 1st from Denver. So far, my experience has been the best I've had since renting apartments over the last 4 years. The units themselves have nice 10 ft ceilings, rounded corners, bright and warm lighting, nice carpet, good quality pergo-max floors, curvy shower curtain rods (hey, you don't know what's important until you've tried it!) with lots of power outlets and cable hookups. If you combine that with the [so far] very nice neighbors, it's definitely a place I love to call home. I was told there is a 12inch slab of concrete between floors, and I believe it. Unless someone is running or stomping upstairs, I hardly even notice any noises outside my apartment. Another big thing for me is the responsiveness of the maintenance team. Since moving in, we've had burnt out lights and our fridge wasn't working right; both times we got someone out there within 12 hours at most. Parking is also pretty good considering the amount of people here; I've never had to park on the street yet. Being really close to Powers BLVD is really nice as it's a highway with minimal traffic. Love this community and the management makes it even better. I have no complaints. Make sure to get an apartment with a view; it's gorgeous!
