  My wife and I live here, and we absolutely love it. The apartments are all brand new so everything is super nice-- yes, they cut corners on a few things and I wasn't happy with the fact that there's no garbage disposal or ice-maker on the fridge, but generally well-built and feels very high end. The staff are a wonderful collection of truly amazing people who actually care about the residents and do their best to solve problems. They host periodic events and have great food, and the pool/spa area just opened so I'm excited for that as well. There's a nice little gym as well, it doesn't have a lot of weights but is primarily focused on cardio machines. Even though it's still under construction, I have never felt like I'm in a construction zone. Overall, we absolutely could not be happier with picking La Bella Vita as our new home in Colorado. You guys rock!
