  Ramona handled everything we needed. We moved to Colorado from Texas and needed to rent the home until we sold our place in Texas. She negotiated the rental and buying contract all in one. I will recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.

  After we moved from Texas last year around September-October 2016. We needed a house for my wife and 2 kids, we found this "Springs Home Team" on Google and we decided to give it a shot since we were tired and not happy renting an Apartment here in Colorado Springs. We decided to visit Travis Russell at his office and that's where we started the process to buy a house in our situation, he listened and gave us advice on properties along with Financial advice. My wife and I never expected Travis to make this experience the best we've ever had in buying a house. To keep it short and simple, we are very happy and thankful to the entire Team even though we only worked with Travis Russell and Jim Jaramillo (Finance) through the whole process.   Boy where to start without rambling... First of all, Ramona and her team were hands down an excellent group to work with. They were extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable, organized and realistic. My wife and I sold a home and bought through them. Rudy Torres, being a direct associate broker under Ramona, was there with us every step of the way. Enough good things cannot be said about those two. He got the ball rolling in the right direction and between him and Ramona they handled everything. With their guidance, we had an excellent and professional listing. Our home sold within the first week at full asking price which exceeded our expectations. This put us in a perfect position to build our new home. Rudy helped us along the way with the build as well, making sure we were doing the right things. We are beyond happy with all of our dealings. Not one bad thing can be said. With confidence, I would recommend Ramona Williams and Rudy Torres.
