  Worst tax prep ever. I even went back to have a lady look over, her name was Nancy, who laughed at me while in her office, and argued with me. Nancy told me that I need to go to the IRS and talk to them, and continued to tell me I wouldn’t get any credit for my school, and she wouldn’t add the scholarships and grants that I get as taxable income, even if it helps my situation. I’ve used H&R Block for years, and ive never left in tears before this year. I’m not sure what has happened to this industry, but it seems like they’re hiring the worst of the worst anymore. I’ll be filing my own returns from now on.
