  We have worked with Dave for three real estate transactions in the past year and a half. Dave does excellent work. He is attentive and detail oriented. He stays on top of deadlines and anticipates how to handle potential problems. He gives you a feeling of confidence. He gives good recommendations for people that help with the process, such as inspectors and closing companies. With Dave, we always felt supported every step of the way in the home-buying and selling process. He exceeded our expectations for a real estate agent. He communicated well with other agents and was a willing intermediary for us with any requests we had for making sure the brand new home we were buying was delivered to us in perfect condition. He saved us a lot of time and stress by establishing relationships with people at Classic Homes who built our new home. I would never recommend anyone else as a real estate agent. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job.
