  Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with! Rude to my son, rude to my banker, not helpful at all! Asked for a fax... it didn't come through... when we called to ask if they could send it again they rudely said, "I sent it 15 minutes ago!!!" - never came. Had to drive there the next business day to get form. They wouldn't give the account number even after verifying identity. Still didn't include it on car payoff... Which slowed the process that they included a $15 late fee ON the day the payment was due... mind you it wouldn't have been late if they had done their job professionally. Way to milk it aventa... I will NEVER bank with you!
