  • I fell at a business doing remodeling and fractured my kneecap. After surgery and spending 6 weeks in a rehab. hospital I thought I had a good case against the business to pay for my medical expenses. I called several attorneys. They all thought I had a good case and would like to review the case with me. However, they were all large firms and I wanted someone to give it their personal attention. After interviewing Glenn Pressman I was convinced they would be the firm entrusted with my case. Mr. Pressman was a diligent and methodical attorney. He had to work with two insurance companies to settle my case, all the while, keeping me well informed of the progress of the discussions. He not only got my medical bills paid by the insurance companies but also reached a settlement in addition to the medical bills. Mr. Pressman is a true professional and a very likable person. A joy to work with. I would recommend this firm and Mr. Pressman for any personal injury suit.

The Facts: With his personal assurance that he would see this personal injury case through to completion Mr. Justin Melat was selected as my attorney. After many months Mr. Melat turned this case over to his associate Mr Robnet. After nearly 15 months, and based on content of a dishonestly doctored video streamed by the defendant, this firm removed themselves from this case. With less than 5 months prior to the statute deadline, other attorneys contacted indicated insufficient time remained for adequate preparation. Therefore, I proceeded to file a small claims action even though the maximum award would be less than 10% of the value Mr. Melat placed on this case. Mr. Robnet had vehemently indicated that the defendant would not doctor their video as that would be illegal. At the trial, this assertion was shown to be false as the defendant brought a completely different video than previously streamed. I did prevail to the extent allowed by the small claims process. Advise skepticism of judgements made by legal representation without adequate evaluation and verification of information provided by the defendant or others. I believed that would be the normal process of reputable and diligent lawyer(s).
